Inside TravelCon 2025: What’s New This Year

In just one month (March 14-16, 2025), travel creators from around the world will come together to learn, connect, and grow their creator businesses at TravelCon 2025.

This year, we’re shaking things up with exciting new sessions, fresh networking opportunities, and interactive experiences designed to help you build a sustainable business. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, meet and collaborate with other travel creators, or explore new ways to work with brands, there’s plenty in store.

Here’s what’s new for TravelCon 2025!

 1. New Destination: Tucson, Arizona

This year, we’re heading to the vibrant city of Tucson! Think saguaro cacti, desert landscapes, and sunsets that are hard to beat. Tucson offers plenty for outdoor lovers, food enthusiasts (hello, “UNESCO City of Gastronomy” designation), and culture seekers with its rich history, arts scene, and world-renowned reputation for stargazing.

We’re thrilled to partner with Visit Tucson, who will be hosting our Opening Reception on March 14.

Trust us—you’ll want to carve out time to experience Tucson beyond the event. To help you do that, several creators from our community have put together guides to Tucson to help you explore the city like a pro.

And for attendees only, our FAM tours are a fantastic way to dive deeper into Tucson’s culture and landscape.

2. Updated: Dedicated 1:1 Time with Brands

Like last year, all attendees get access to 1:1 meetings with brands, which can be scheduled ahead of time through our easy-to-use scheduling software. This ensures you have dedicated time to meet face-to-face with the brands you’re most excited to connect with. Both brands and attendees can request meetings, making it easy to build meaningful connections.

Update for 2025: We’ve set aside three dedicated hours on the event schedule just for these meetings. No overlapping sessions, no distractions—just focused time to have meaningful, business-changing conversations and create new opportunities.

Plus! If you’re an All Access or Brand/Industry pass holder, those meetings will be followed by a Networking Lunch so you can connect with people you might not have been able to schedule a meeting with.

3. New: AMAs

Who doesn’t love an AMA (Ask Me Anything)– especially the part where other people ask questions you didn’t even realize you were also wondering about. Our new AMA panels focus on specific platforms, featuring experienced creators ready to share their insights. Submit your questions in advance and get answers tailored to your needs. Plus, even if you don’t create content on that platform, you’ll pick up valuable insights.

  • YouTube AMA: Learn growth strategies, behind-the-scenes tips, and content hacks from seasoned YouTubers.
  • Short-Form Video AMA: Crack the code on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with creators who know their stuff.
  • Podcast AMA: Discover how top podcasters have built loyal audiences and monetized their passion projects.

4. New: Roundtable Discussions

Introducing Roundtable Discussions for peer-to-peer learning. These are informal chats where you can swap stories, strategies, and experiences with other creators. Before the event, you’ll get to nominate topics—we’ll add the most popular ones to the agenda.

5. New: Speaker Lineup & Timely Topics

If you haven’t checked out this year’s speaker lineup, you’re going to find a lot to be excited about. Expect strategies and tips you can put into action, real talk about monetization, and transparency around what’s working right now. We’re not here for fluff—just proven tactics to help you grow your audience, revenue, and business.

Our featured speaker? Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income. With over 80 million podcast downloads and a YouTube channel boasting 1.6 million subscribers, Pat knows a thing or two about building a business that lasts.

6. New: ALL ACCESS Creator Pass

Introducing the All Access Creator Pass for those who want an upgraded experience. It includes everything from the Basic Pass:

  • Access to all sessions
  • FAMs (based on availability)
  • 1:1 meetings with industry reps
  • Session recordings post-event

PLUS:

  • Daily lounge access with food & drinks

While we’re excited about the new stuff, some things are just too good to change. Here’s what’s back this year:
  • Expo — Meet brands, travel boards, and creator service providers offering exclusive partnerships. Open during the entire event with dedicated networking hours.
  • Community Sessions — Daily gatherings where all attendees come together to learn, share, and connect side-by-side with other travel creators.
  • Meetups — Connect with creators who share your niche or interests. Bonus: You can host your own!
  • Dinner Clubs — Small group dinners with other attendees at Tucson’s top restaurants. Great food, better company. Offered on multiple evenings. First-come, first-served, and self-pay.
