Special Notes
- Important: You can register for 1 FAM total—either on Thursday, March 13 or Monday, March 17.
- First-Come, First-Served: Spots fill up fast, and once a FAM is full, registration will close.
- Sedona FAM Trip: You can apply for the Sedona FAM in addition to one other FAM. If you're selected for Sedona, you'll release your other FAM spot if there's a conflict.
- Thanks to Our Partners: FAMs are FREE to all participants—thank you to our amazing hosts!
- Remaining Spots: After March 1, 2025, unclaimed FAM spots may be opened to Brand Passholders.
How to Sign Up
- Register for TravelCon: FAMs are only available to TC25 passholders. Get your pass today!
- Choose Your FAM: Find your preferred experience, select the 'REGISTER' button, and complete the form.
- Check your inbox: You should receive an email confirming a successful registration.
- FAM Details: Watch for an email closer to the event with details, including transportation info and meeting location.
- Reminder! Register for 1 FAM total—either on Thursday, March 13 or Monday, March 17.
Guidelines
- Content Creation Required: By registering, you agree to share your experience on your platforms and/or social media.
- Transportation: Most FAMs include transportation, but some start at local Tucson venues—meeting details will be provided after registration.
- ADA Info: Check individual listings for accommodations. Questions? Email us at info@travelcon.org.
- Cancellations: If you can’t attend, notify us ASAP at info@travelcon.org to release your spot. No-shows may be disqualified from future FAMs.
- Eligibility: FAMs are exclusive to registered Creator Passholders. Guests, spouses, or unregistered attendees are not permitted.
- Waivers: You’ll sign a TravelCon waiver during registration and may need to sign additional waivers from the tour operator.

Sedona is a destination that has had an enduring impact on many of its visitors, but it is most treasured by those who live here and by those who came before us. In an effort to protect and preserve the iconic red rocks, spirituality, and charming town for which Sedona is instantly recognizable, we’re inviting our guests to rethink their concept of a vacation by engaging in experiences that have a lower impact as a way to help us to protect this place we call home.
Complete the application below to express your interest in joining us for three nights to experience some of the most scenic and inspirational experiences Sedona has to offer, all viewed through a stewardship-minded lens.
- Spots are limited and an application is required.
- Preference given to creators who prioritize sustainability on their respective platforms.
- Transportation, meals, and lodging for the trip is included.
- Applications close on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at midnight CST
- All applicants will be notified one way or the other by Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

Desert Jeep Tour

Pull on your favorite jeans and come explore the real Sonoran Desert! Learn about our fascinating history, plants, and wildlife, and marvel at the majestic saguaro in one of the most beautiful and unique places on earth. Guests will get in and out of their Jeep for talks and demonstrations and will have a chance to see amazing desert critters up close. The tour includes pick-up from the Convention Center, bottled water on board the Jeeps, a Desert Ecology Tour through White Stallion Ranch, a lunch stop where guides will deliver final critter talks and demonstrations, and return transportation to the Convention Center.
• ADA: Tours include multiple entries and exits from the vehicle and may feature a nature walk or a brief hike. Please inform guide of any mobility issues.
Zipline Eco Tour
presented by Arizona Zip Line Adventures

Take a trip around the Santa Catalina Mountains to experience the desert from above at Arizona Zipline Adventures. The guided Zipline EcoTour includes a ride on five different ziplines and culminates with a 1,500 ft side by side rush to the bottom on Arizona’s fastest zipline!
After your adventure, refuel at the onsite Peppersauce Kitchen where you can enjoy the Best Darn Burger around!

Immersive Falconry Adventure Tour
presented by Sky Island Falconry

TravelCon attendees are invited on an immersive falconry adventure in the Sonoran Desert. Join a licensed falconer and their hawk in the pursuit of prey, witnessing the ancient art in action. After the hunt, don gloves and call the hawk to your hand for an unforgettable encounter.
You’ll also enjoy hands-on experiences with falcons and owls, learning about each species and what it takes to become a modern falconer.
• ADA: Due to the nature of the experience; an off-trail guided hunt in the desert, this is not appropriate for attendees with mobility concerns.
Planes, Tanks, and Automobiles Tour
presented by Pima Air and Space Museum

9am - 5pm
The Pima Air & Space Museum displays one of the world’s largest, most comprehensive collections of aircraft. You’ll experience over 100 years of aviation history with a guided tram ride of the outdoor grounds. This custom tour also includes some of the most unique stories in the history of flight through some of the many hangars.
The museum’s onsite restaurant will provide lunch.
Finally, guests will get the opportunity to be among the very first to experience a brand-new attraction, the Tucson Military Vehicle Museum, including a ride on an armored military vehicle.
• ADA: This is not a fully accessible event. Tram ride can accommodate with advanced notice. Military vehicle ride cannot.
Southwest Clay Shooting Tour
presented by Tucson Trap and Skeet

Explore one of the world’s largest outdoor shotgun facilities as Champion coaches walk you through an afternoon of Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays. Enjoy the scenic mountain views touring the property & indulge in lunch at our clubhouse to follow.
• ADA: No limitation for ADA personnel at Tucson Trap and Skeet Club as long as you can hold a shotgun.
Hiking & Yoga in the Tucson Mountains Tour
presented by Southwest Guided Adventures

Need a mind, body, and spirit lift? Southwest Guided Adventures will lead you on a beginner/intermediate hike in the Tucson Mountains, starting on the Hidden Canyon Trail. The trail has some elevation and gives you a beautiful city view. Our guides will provide information about the unique flora in the Sonoran Desert.
You will also learn about the emerging field Quantum Health, and how to maximize cellular health and quality of life for your entire life span.
We will have a resting spot at an old stone house built in 1930 where we will provide an optional 10-minute Yoga Class to work on posture, balance, focus, and stress relief.

Saguaro National Park E-Bike Tour

This is an exclusive way to explore the stunning desert landscapes of Tucson, AZ. E-bikes provide an effortless and eco-friendly way to navigate the park’s scenic trails, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of towering saguaro cacti and diverse wildlife. Led by knowledgeable guides, this tour combines the thrill of adventure with insightful commentary, making it an unforgettable experience for nature lovers and adventurers alike.
• Note: This is not for beginner bike riders or anyone that hasn’t been on a bike in the past 10 yrs, for example.
• ADA: This is not a fully accessible event. People with disabilities may ride with the group on the route in their own vehicle stopping at the overlooks with the group and still experience the park with guides.
Mosaics, Pizza, and Brews in the Warehouse Arts District Tour
presented by St. Theresa Tile Works, Anello, and Crooked Tooth Brewery

Join Santa Theresa Tile Works, Anello and Crooked Tooth Brewery for the afternoon.
You will be guided by Santa Theresa Tile Works staff to design a 4 inch X 4 inch wooden mosaic and have a tour of the studio.
You can then meander next door to Crooked Tooth Brewery and Anello for a guided flight of regioninspired craft beer guided flight and a meal prepared by Anello.
• ADA: Wheelchairs are able to access our studio.
Tucson City Walking/Dancing Tour
presented by Silent Adventures AZ

It’s a silent disco meets flash mob. We dance through the streets to your favorite hits and coordinate dance moves and activities. It’s the most fun you’ll have in one hour in Tucson! And Tucson is the only city in the US where this adventure is available!
• ADA: The route is fully accessible. There are ramps everywhere we go and we will adjust based off the group’s needs.

Immersive Falconry Adventure Tour

TravelCon attendees are invited on an immersive falconry adventure in the Sonoran Desert.

Wild Adventure at the Zoo Tour
presented by Reid Park Zoo

Meet animals from around the world and enjoy a day of up-close encounters and discoveries.
First, meet the world’s tallest mammal and learn what’s being done to protect them in the wild as you meet the Zoo’s tower of giraffes and participate in a feeding.
Travel behind-the-scenes with animal care staff for an encounter with the Zoo’s southern white rhinoceros, get a first-hand look at caring for the Zoo’s elephants including one-year-old calf Meru, and visit the Zoo’s Animal Health Center and Commissary.
Learn about the Zoo’s conservation efforts for North American songbirds and Chilean flamingos, and meet one of our animal ambassadors up-close.
Includes breakfast snack and lunch.

Sonoran Desert Trails Bike Ride Tour

Ready to boost your skills and confidence on Sonoran Desert Trails at Sweetwater Preserve in the Tucson Mountains?
Join expert guides from Southwest Guided Adventures as they lead you through single-track trails of beginner, intermediate, and some advanced sections, while addressing bike safety tips, and essential desert-riding techniques to elevate your confidence and mountain biking experience.
Roughly a 2-hour ride with breaks. Bike and Helmet Included.
